Inform and educate the customer about lighting retrofitting. Decide if a lighting retrofitting would benefit the customer substantially.
Lighting Audit
A lighting professional will visit the facility and perform a lighting audit by inventorying:
- Current fixture models
- Lamps and ballasts
- Hours of fixture use
- Number of fixtures
- Measure current lighting quantity and quality with light meters
- Measure square feet of individual areas of light
- Discover current maintenance of fixtures
- Assess area environment
- Take detailed mechanical notes for electricians performing the retrofitting
- All at no cost
Analyze Data and Design
Information from the lighting audit will be analyzed by our engineers who will work with lighting designers to insure the design provides a quality cost effective lighting retrofitting. Data from the audit and design will be used to prepare a financial report. The report will show your Average Return On Investment, Simple Payback, 5-year cash flow, EPAct 2005 IRS 179D Tax Deductions and utility provider rebates. Volt Electric Inc. will present this information to you along with a detailed bid/proposal for the work to be done.
Proposal-Bid Presentation
Volt Electric Inc. will present a detailed written bid/proposal for the work to be done. We will answer your concerns and questions about the project and make sure the project fits your needs.
Installation of the Project
Your lighting retrofit installation will be run by a project manager that has over twenty years experience in relighting and retrofitting as a licensed electrician. We will install the project with minimal disruption to you and your services and insure all local codes and standards are met.
